Step 1: Get Your Quote

The process starts with a valuation. You'll enter your registration number and postcode, and we'll give you an instant price based on the car's make, model, age, weight, and current scrap metal values.

The quote is free, there's no obligation, and it takes under a minute. If you're happy with the price, you book a collection. If not, no hard feelings.

Step 2: Book Your Collection

Once you accept the quote, you pick a collection date that works for you. We operate across Scotland — from Edinburgh and Glasgow to the Highlands and Borders — and we aim to collect within 24 to 48 hours.

• Collection is completely free — no hidden fees for transport or towing.
• We collect from your home, your workplace, or any accessible location.
• Non-runners and cars without MOT are no problem — we bring a flatbed.
• You'll get a confirmation with your time slot and driver details.

Step 3: Collection Day

On the day, our driver will inspect the car to make sure it matches your description. As long as everything lines up, the price stays exactly as quoted. They'll handle the paperwork, including the DVLA notification, so you don't have to.

You'll need to hand over the V5C logbook and the keys. If you've lost the logbook, let us know in advance — we can usually still proceed, though it may affect the quote.

Step 4: Get Paid

Payment is made on the spot or via same-day bank transfer. There's no waiting around for cheques to clear or invoices to be processed. Once the car is loaded, you're done.

We issue a Certificate of Destruction through an Authorised Treatment Facility, which protects you from any future liability — parking fines, speeding tickets, or insurance claims on a car that's no longer yours.
